2:00pm - Some fruit drink 16 oz (230 calories)

8:00pm - Beer 12 oz (150 calories)

Total of 1,370 calories, approximately 65% of your standard daily value.

This is why I drink mostly water. Not only can I not handle the sugar due to being hypoglycemic but, I’d rather eat my calories than drink them. ^^
